API Key / Upgrades?

If you’re having issues with your API Key (which usually means your Spam filter ate the download link we sent to your email address) then you can use the widget over on the right hand side of this page to show you your API key and Download link.

Simply enter your Paypal Transaction ID into the form field and then just like magic we’ll provide you with your download link and API key details. If you get it wrong three times in a row we block you from being able to use this form for 24 hours.

Custom Development

If you want a feature that doesn’t exist then we would encourage you to either approach us to build that for you – contact Instinct, provide us a specification and then wait for us to send you a quote. If you don’t hear from us straight away it is because we get hundreds of emails per day and we prioritize support to paying customers first.
